All room rates are based on 1–2 guests. An additional fee of $10 per person applies beyond two guests. Children are $5 extra per night.

Check-in: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Please check in at our sister property, Gazebo Inn Ogunquit, located at 571 Main Street.
Late arrivals: Call 1-800-674-9149 to make arrangements.
Check-out: Use our convenient key drop at departure.
Reservation & Payment Details
- One-night deposit required to reserve your room. Balance due upon check-in.
- Deposits for 3 or more rooms are non-refundable.
- All rates are subject to Maine State lodging tax (paid at check-in).
- Accepted payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Checks, and Cash.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations impact us significantly. There is a $50 cancellation fee per room on all cancellations regardless of time frame. Refunds (minus cancellation fee) are available for cancellations made at least 21 days before arrival (via check). No refunds for cancellations made within 21 days of arrival. If canceled within 7 days of arrival, the full stay is charged. Changing dates with 30+ days notice does not incur fees.
An automated reminder email will be sent 22 days prior to your arrival outlining this policy.
Other Information
- We do not offer refunds for early departures.
- Minimum stays may apply throughout the year.
- All rooms are non-smoking in accordance with Maine law.
- Smoking is permitted only outdoors at least 25 feet from doors. A $200 fee applies for smoking in rooms.
